You may be aware of the huge controversy that ABC/Disney has stirred up. They have a 5 hour long "dramatization" mini-series, "The Path to 9/11," which they plan to air this week.

They say it is based in part on the official 9/11 Commission report, but the bipartisan authors of the report have highlighted inaccuracies. Aditionally, President Clinton, forme NSC advisor Sandy Berger, former Sec. of State Madeline Albright, and many others have argued that the deviations from the facts are slanderous and dangerous.

ABC counters that because they will run a disclaimer that calls the show a "dramatization" there is no problem confusing people.

But if you understand the power of narrative, you should be able to see the potential problem.
